Serving Size: 1.5 T
- 1 12 oz package fresh cranberries
- Zero calorie sugar substitute (equal to 1 cup of sugar)
- 1 whole orange washed and sliced into quarters, include the peel
- Wash and shake dry the cranberries and orange.
- Add both to a food process or blender and coarsely chop.
- Next, add the sugar substitute and continue to blend until relish consistency.
