Cranberry Relish

Serving Size: 1.5 T

Ingredients:

  • 1 12 oz package fresh cranberries
  • Zero calorie sugar substitute (equal to 1 cup of sugar)
  • 1 whole orange washed and sliced into quarters, include the peel

Directions:

  1. Wash and shake dry the cranberries and orange.
  2. Add both to a food process or blender and coarsely chop.
  3. Next, add the sugar substitute and continue to blend until relish consistency.
