JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Area Store Operations should be a motivated, experienced, and talented professional who is passionate about health and wellness, making a positive difference in peoples lives, and leading multiple exceptional teams. The Manager, Area Store Operations will ensure that Profiles mission to change lives, one relationship at a time, is carried out daily in their designated stores. The Manager, Area Store Operations will be responsible for day-to-day operations and the financial performance of multiple Profile locations (~3-6) within defined territory.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions: Team Development-Develop managers to foster and participate in a positive culture and environment for team members focused on personal growth, ongoing professional development, and healthy living. Direct team member development in all designated stores and develop a succession plan for high performing team members. This includes team development at staff meetings, training new employees, preparing and delivering performance reviews, and implementing training plans. Maintain effective communication internally with local team members and externally with District Manager and corporate staff. Members Experience Results Coordinate teams to seek out new employer partnerships, physician referral streams and generate consistent member referrals through active and consistent business development in your defined area/market. Ensure excellent customer experience in all area stores and maintain a high level of member engagement through retention, store events, and executing promotions. Drive business in each store by achieving a high level of member success by executing protocols, providing value to coaching appointments, and having members purchase to plan

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Valid Driver's License.

Bachelor's degree required.

5+ years of experience preferred.

Management and business development experience required.

Experience with wellness programs, fitness, nutrition, and weight management counseling highly recommended. Proven ability to achieve goals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required implementing a variety of programs such as presentations, seminars, and other activities. Applicants must also have excellent time management skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to constant changing requirements. Must have exceptional verbal skills and be able to give effective presentations and seminars
